1. If I want fiber optics for my business to increase my internet speed, who do I talk to?

You can email Broadband Services with your name, name of business, address needing fiber, amount of bandwidth required, email address, and phone number. We will check out the details and get back to you as quickly as we can, usually within one or two days.

2. If I want to add something to Cable Channel 22, who do I contact?

You may email your request to PC Gov 22. Include your name, business, address, phone number, email address, dates to display on the channel, and what you would like to put on the channel. All content has to be approved by city administration. You will be given a return email with the approval or a request for clarification.

3. How do I get items on the City Calendar?

Typically items placed on the City of Ponca City's calendar relate to City Municipal items. But if it is a special item and deems city wide announcement, email it to citymanger@poncacityok.gov with as much detail as you can and it will be reviewed for possible addition to the City's calendar.
