If you need to contact Wi-Fi support you can use one of the local Wi-Fi support centers mentioned in the menu on the left with detailed questions, or if you have basic questions that these web pages do not cover, or you want to report a Wi-Fi outage in an area that was working before, you may use one of these options:
1) Use the online Feedback Form
and report it using Request Tracker
2) Call the Wi-Fi hotline at 763-8066
and leave your name, phone number, house address of problem, email address, and a description of what you wish to report. The hotline is monitored and all reports of possible outages are checked out. Not all situations require the City to contact you back and thus you may not receive a phone back once the problem is corrected.
