Garage Sale permits are $5.00 and can be purchased in the Utility Billing Office on Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm
Permits purchased before Wednesday at 5:00 will be listed on facebook.
Garage sales can only be changed due to inclement weather that allows no time to have the sale at all during the sale date. One must come into the office the following Monday if inclement weather to change the date. No refunds will be given.
7-1-4 Garage Sales; Limitations:
It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or allow to be conducted more than one residential garage, yard, or rummage sale of used personal and household goods, on property zoned as residential within six (6) months of any other such sale at the same location. Any such sale shall not exceed three (3) days in length. Any violation hereof shall be a public offense subject to the general jurisdiction of the municipal court. (Ord. 5931, 5-22-2000)
11-12-5 Prohibited signs.
A. The following types of signs and devices shall be prohibited within the corporate limits of the city:

11-12-6 Regulations applicable to all signs
No sign, regardless of type, size, height or location shall;
Be erected upon or projecting into or over any public property, public right-of-way, or public easement, except those signs erected by federal, state, county, or city officials.
Be affixed to any structure or pole used for utilities or traffic controls.
The city manager or his designee is hereby authorized to immediately remove and impound any sign that is found to be in violation of any of the above provisions. (Ord. 6195 12-8-2014)
