I received a citation for No Insurance, I had insurance at the time of the citation. What do I do?

You will need to provide a copy of your verification. You may bring it in person to the court clerk's office at 200 E. Oklahoma Avenue or you may email it to court@poncacityok.gov or you may fax it to (580) 767-0374. If you choose to email or fax the proof, please contact the court clerk's office at (580) 767-0382 to confirm receipt of your insurance verification. Upon receipt of the insurance verification and coverage is confirmed the citation will be dismissed. Please note that insurance coverage had to be in effect at the time of the citation for the charge to be dismissed.
