2. What methods of payment are available for paying fines?

Fines may be paid:

• By phone using VISA, or MasterCard.
• By mail to 200 E. Oklahoma, Ponca City, Ok 74601 with a cashier’s check or a money order
• In person using cash, a money order, a cashier’s check, VISA, or MasterCard
• Through the 24-hour payment drop box available in the lobby, using a money order or a cashier's check
• Online Payment

3. What are the curfew hours for juveniles?

Curfew hours for juveniles 15 to 18 years of age are:

• 11:00 pm Sunday through 6:00 am Monday


• 11:00 pm Monday through 6:00 am Tuesday


• 11:00 pm Tuesday through 6:00 am Wednesday


• 11:00 pm Wednesday through 6:00 am Thursday


• 11:00 pm Thursday through 6:00 am Friday


• 12:01 am Saturday through 6:00 am Saturday


• 12:01 am Sunday through 6:00 am Sunday

Provided, during the time period from Memorial Day through Labor Day of each year, curfew for the above ages of juveniles shall commence at 12:01 am and terminate at 6:00 am of each day.

Curfew hours for juveniles younger than 15 years of age are from 10:30 pm each day to 6:00 am the following day.

4. I received a citation for No Insurance, I had insurance at the time of the citation. What do I do?

You will need to provide a copy of your verification. You may bring it in person to the court clerk's office at 200 E. Oklahoma Avenue or you may email it to court@poncacityok.gov or you may fax it to (580) 767-0374. If you choose to email or fax the proof, please contact the court clerk's office at (580) 767-0382 to confirm receipt of your insurance verification. Upon receipt of the insurance verification and coverage is confirmed the citation will be dismissed. Please note that insurance coverage had to be in effect at the time of the citation for the charge to be dismissed.

5. What happens when people don’t show up for court?

When fine(s) are assessed in court you can be ordered to serve out the fines in jail if you do not bring a minimum payment on the day of court. You may also have a Failure to Pay warrant issued for your arrest if you fail to make the payments that you agreed to or were ordered to pay while in court. A request for suspension of your driver’s license may also be submitted to the Department of Public Safety for Failure to Pay.

7. What happens if I do not pay my fine(s)?
